American Red Cross Launches Hurricane App
It allows users to track storms and let others know they're safe
The American Red Cross has released a free hurricane app for iPhone and Android that allows users to track storms, find help and let friends and family know they're safe. The app features NOAA weather alerts, the locations of open Red Cross shelters and a toolkit with a flashlight, strobe light and audible alarm. This video offers a brief introduction.
