Before approaching the Florida Keys on Sunday, Tropical Storm Isaac wreaked havoc in a few Caribbean islands. Both Cuba and Haiti were hit with heavy winds and rain that caused flooding, power outages and downed trees. At least seven people were killed in Haiti, which -- still recovering from the 2010 earthquake -- is prone to flooding and mudslides.

You never realise how many bigots, racists, and idiots are out there until you read a blog. Basically Tracie, you're a moron from Mississippi, the epitome of what we in the southwest call "an inbred southerner". Take offence to it, I don't care; it's your type that keep all of us in the backwoods, drinkin' moonshine and sleeping with our uncles. And before you say anything, I'm a white person; the difference? I'm an accepting Southern Baptist. Stop making us look bad.

This is SO typical of the liberal media...only want to show pics of the 'poor black people' who were 'just hungry' but they stole everything BUT food in their looting!!!

Oh, quit your whining; I bet you're one of those "It's all about me" people. Get a life, and if you think you have one, keep the receipt.

August 27 2012 at 2:40 PM Report abuse Permalink +1 rate up rate down ReplyThere is plenty of materials, food, medicines, vehicles, tents etc left from the earthquake nearly two years ago. The politicians are selling donations to their own people! Corruption in Haiti is rampant!
August 27 2012 at 9:11 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyThe donations from pres, Clinton's fund and the others have been miss used or simply stolen from the people.
Haiti do not need more help it needs new rule maybe even an onest dictator, If there is one in this world
The people without political power are due to loose everything in the countries as such as Haiti.
Ah Mon Dieu!...my only wish is that Haiti survives...and I know she will...my prayers are with her
