The storm's heavy rains, high winds and snow have spun into the region

The nor'easter that blanketed parts of the storm-weary northeast with snow on Wednesday has spun its way into New England today, bringing drenching rains, high winds and snow to the region. Parts of New England have seen snowfall totals of more than 13 inches according to AccuWeather.com.
