Every year in November as the full moon approaches, tens of thousands of people from all over the country gather in Taunggyi for the festival. Balloons lift fireworks or lanterns that illuminate the sky at night.

CHRISTIE, his eyes straight forward and staring directly into President Obama's face.
0ur president, his eyes closed and looking down....
There is something about our president and it speaks volumes about the man.
This was not an awesome photo and has no place on the list.
Just because he's President....???
