More than a million visitors are expected to head to the nation's capital to enjoy the start of spring with the Cherry Blossom Festival. If they hope to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, they better start planning; the blossoms are only expected to last approximately 17 days.

I was going to go to D.C. to see the cherry blossoms, but I changed my mind when I heard that the administration was about to enact a tax on cherry blossom watches. I guess it is tied in to a subsection of obamacare.
