MEDIUM IN PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS AND THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL. * TIMING: PRECIPITATION THEN INCREASES AND SPREADS OVER ALL OF INTERIOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA THIS EVENING INTO FRIDAY.
