Why can't I save non-U.S. cities as a hometown or a saved city?
- At this time, the identifier used by aol.com to recall your weather settings is based on a US zip code. In the interest of creating a consistent experience for you between aol.com and weather.aol.com we have turned off the ability to save a non-US city as your hometown. In the future we will update the aol.com identifier to be global, not US specific.
Why can't I get my cities to save?
- You may need to delete your cookies or clear your browser cache. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on Internet Options underneath the Tools toolbar. If you are using Mozilla Firefox you click Clear Private Data under the Tools toolbar. After doing this, save your hometown again.
- If you are using the AOL software: depending on the version of the AOL software you are using, it could take a few more steps to fully clear your cache. Please consult this help page (http://help.aol.com/help/microsites/microsite.do?cmd=displayKCPopup&docType=kc&externalId=10273) for instructions specific to your client version.
How do I remove a city from my list?

From the National tab on the page, navigate over to the left and click on the city you want to get rid of. This should open up the My Forecast page for that city and at the top next to the name of the city, there should be a link that says Remove from My Cities.
